Fifteen years of catering events, and this was always the first thing to run out. Velvety, smoky, with a slow-building heat and a bright lime finish — it works on everything from burgers to grilled fish to a simple roasted vegetable plate.
The recipe hasn't changed. Neither has the standard.
Use it as a dipping sauce, spread, or dressing. Pairs exceptionally well with our Mini Empanadas.
