Refund policy
We stand behind everything we make. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will make it right.
Damaged or incorrect orders — Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@foxgourmetnyc.com with your order number and a photo. We will issue a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Perishable items — Due to the nature of fresh and frozen products (Mini Empanadas, Chimichurri), we cannot accept returns. If your order arrived in poor condition, contact us immediately and we will resolve it.
Non-perishable items — Unopened non-perishable products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus return shipping. Items must be in original, unused condition.
Gift sets — Same policy as non-perishable items above.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval and will be credited to your original payment method.
