Products — All products are handcrafted in small batches. Due to the nature of small-batch production, product appearance may vary slightly from images shown.

Orders — We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Catering — Catering services are governed by a separate Catering Agreement signed at the time of booking. These terms do not apply to catering services.

Intellectual property — All content on this site — including text, images, recipes, and branding — is the property of Fox Gourmet LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability — Fox Gourmet LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

Governing law — These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
