Shipping policy

Fox Gourmet ships within the United States only.

Standard shipping — Most orders ship within 2–3 business days via USPS or UPS. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location.

Free NYC delivery — Orders over $75 qualify for free local delivery within New York City.

Mini Empanadas — Empanadas are perishable and available for NYC local delivery only ($8 flat fee). They ship frozen and should be refrigerated or frozen upon arrival. Outside NYC? Email info@foxgourmetnyc.com to discuss options.

Chimichurri — Fresh chimichurri ships with a cold pack for orders within the contiguous US. During summer months, we recommend selecting expedited shipping.

Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday will ship the following Monday. We do not ship on federal holidays.
