Who founded Fox Gourmet?

Fox Gourmet was founded by Chef Melissa Fox, a New York City chef with more than twenty years of professional cooking experience. She launched her first catering company, A Casa, in 2002. In 2008 she opened Casa Fox restaurant on the Lower East Side — Zagat-listed and Michelin Guide-featured — where the recipes that became Fox Gourmet were served to diners for a decade.
